Job description:

As Financial & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for generating additional revenue for our dealership by offering financing and insurance solutions, as well as various after-sales products and services to our customers, new and used vehicle buyers.

Main responsibilities:

- Sell financing, insurance, extended warranties, and various protections;
- Negotiate and process financing and leasing transactions;
- Work closely with sales managers to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Establish strong relationships with various financing sources;
- Provide detailed and accurate explanations of our products and services to customers;
- Supervise and train the sales team to maximize the effectiveness of financing and insurance offers.

Qualifications required :

- Proven experience in a Financial & Insurance Manager role, ideally in the automotive sector;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong customer orientation and ability to develop business relationships;
- In-depth knowledge of federal, provincial and municipal regulations related to the automotive sector.
