Job description

We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Polestar Montreal location on the South Shore (please note that for the first month of training, the workplace will be at our Laval dealership located at 4600, Boulevard Robert Bourassa, Laval, QC, H7E 0A6).

Main duties:

- Sell financing, insurance and extended warranties;
- Accurately process financing and leasing transactions;
- Negotiate with financial institutions and work closely with supervisor and dealership to achieve sales targets;
- Coordinate financing forecasts and maintain business relationships with various financing sources;
- Research new financial institutions for competitive rates;
- Prepare reports on financing penetration, profits, and maintain a program for after-sales service;
- Provide up-to-date information on financing programs and train the sales team;
- Supervise and train succession to ensure effectiveness in absence;
- Ensure compliance, document accuracy, and collect fees;
- Manage deposits, process credit applications, and coordinate payroll for representatives;
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant records, including new car registration;
- Comply with regulations and laws concerning automotive services, health and safety;
- Ensure cleanliness of work area, participate in training, meetings and report any hazardous situations;
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor and as required by the organization.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingualism;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
