Claims Clerk - Laval and Blainville

Responsibilities:

- Process warranty claims for Chomedey Hyundai and Hyundai Blainville;
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation;
- Verify manufacturer or distributor requirements;
- Reconcile all warranty receivables and payments according to the appropriate schedule;
- Record credits in the appropriate software;
- Resubmit rejected claims as soon as possible, or obtain authorization to write them off;
- Follow up on payment of any outstanding claims;
- Track warranty parts by tagging them with repair order number, replacement date and disposal date;
- Organize shipment of parts to factory, distributor or scrap yard;
- File and maintain all after-sales records according to dealership requirements;
- Keep abreast of all manufacturer recalls and bulletins;
- Collaborate with body shop regarding any warranty claims as required.

Requirements:

- Computer skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good spelling;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
