A Japanese car dealership on Montreal's South Shore is looking for a Service Manager.
We're looking for an ambitious individual with a long-term commitment to a company that values professional fulfillment.
This position is open to both an experienced Technical Advisor looking to take the next step in their career, or a seasoned Service Manager looking for a new challenge.
Your main duties:
- Ensure the efficient management of service department operations;
- Support, value and encourage employees in their respective tasks;
- Respect manufacturer's requirements;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and proactively participate in the continuous improvement of these standards;
- Prioritize high-level customer service.
Profile:
- Highly positive leadership;
- Organizational skills;
- Focus on continuous improvement;
- At least 5 years of experience in a service department (mandatory).
