Floor Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Floor Manager wanted for a well-known company on Montreal's North Shore, specializing in pre-owned vehicles.

Our sales team is motivated and ambitious.

What they're missing is an excellent Floor Manager, focused on customer service and follow-up, who will use his or her "closer" skills to contribute to the team's success.

Some of your responsibilities:

- Greet customers on arrival, pre-qualification;
- Ensure compliance with the sales track and perform T/O on transactions;
- Train and develop the team in automotive sales;
- Motivate the team (meetings, challenges, contests, etc.);
- Monitor performance indicators.

Our requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar position in the automotive sector;
- Familiar with the used vehicle sector;
- Recognized leadership and problem-solving skills;
- Interpersonal skills, good communication and persuasive abilities;
- Well-structured, methodical and rigorous in your follow-ups.
