New Vehicles Sales Representative

Lachute Subaru is looking for a Sales Consultant for new and pre-owned vehicles. Lachute Subaru has an annual sales volume of 350 new vehicles and 200 pre-owned vehicles, a volume that continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have an inventory of around 50 new vehicles and 30 pre-owned vehicles. We receive over two hundred calls and internet requests per month. And we have a bank of orphan customers to which you'll have access on the new vehicle side.

As part of your duties, you will:

- Manage Internet requests and calls using the dealership's customer tracking system (Activix);
- Keep your customer lists up to date with the systems in place;
- Greet customers in accordance with our sales process (qualification, test drive, evaluation, explanation of available financial products, follow-up and delivery of your cars);
- Prepare and properly inform the customer to optimize the meeting with the sales manager;
- Meet sales targets set by management and monitor personal annual sales targets;
- Check cars sold for delivery to customers before their arrival;
- Deliver cars to customers, making sure they understand operating specifications, warranty and paperwork.

We're a small team, and mutual aid and collaboration are part of our working environment. The team is called upon to clear snow from the yard in winter, inspect new vehicles when they arrive and sheet glass used vehicles. During vacation periods, you'll help your colleagues with their deliveries as needed.
