The Human Resources Manager is called upon to travel to different dealerships to meet needs in staffing, labor relations, performance management, training and organizational development.

Main duties - more specifically, duties include:

- Act as a strategic partner in identifying workforce issues (attraction, skills development, retention and mobilization);
- Participate in the recruitment of management positions;
- Participate in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies;
- Support managers in the annual performance appraisal process;
- Identify needs and plan training programs;
- Develop in-house training, as required;
- Assist and advise managers in the application, interpretation and management of working conditions;
- Manage the entire disciplinary/administrative management process (investigation, meetings, reports, filing of sanction and letter);
- Ensure follow-up (disciplinary measures, corrective action plans);
- Conduct exit interviews;
- Develop, implement and revise human resources management processes, policies and procedures.
- Perform all other related tasks.

Requirements:

- 3 years of' experience as a generalist;
- Fluently bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English);
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing work;
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Training

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
