Job Description:
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Prospecting customers to services and offering them a newer vehicle. Your high sense of organization and follow-up make it easy for you to reach the sales objectives set by management;
- Welcome customers ("walk in"), while establishing a relationship of trust and your commitment to the ultimate BMW experience.
You will demonstrate and explain to customers the BMW WEST ISLAND product ("walk-around") that meets their needs and offer them a test drive. You will work with the Sales Manager who will be involved in the transactions.
Through your professionalism and strong interest in customer satisfaction, you will provide customers with a buying experience beyond their expectations. Your professionalism is based on high standards and customer satisfaction. The candidate must have at least 2 years of convincing experience in automotive sales (luxury products, an asset) and a valid driver's license. Bilingualism is required. You are recognized as a dynamic leader willing to take on new challenges. You must also have strong closing skills.
