Brief description:
Are you an organized, team-oriented individual who is always ready to provide exemplary customer service? We are currently looking for a Service Manager to help our team grow!
The incumbent will be in constant interaction with customers, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience.
Main responsibilities :
- Oversee the service department in an efficient and cost-effective manner;
- Identify and implement strategies to improve service quality, productivity and profitability;
- Manage work flow, monitor status of open work orders and participate in communication between service advisors, technicians and washers;
- Ensure the performance of technicians and the effectiveness of technical advisors;
- Promote good understanding and team spirit among dealership departments;
- Maintain and improve customer loyalty;
- Manage customer problems/concerns and find solutions to resolve them;
- Maintain required reports.
Profile:
- Be a very approachable individual who enjoys providing exceptional service;
- Have the ability to multi-task, adapt and cope with sensitive and changing situations;
- Have a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
Other requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager;
- Knowledge of mechanics.
