RV Service Dispatcher 

Traveland RV has an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, customer focused RV Service Dispatcher to join our team.

The Service Dispatcher plays an important role in keeping our Service Department running smoothly. Working closely with Service Management, RV Techs, Parts, and our Customers, you will be responsible for coordinating daily shop workflow, managing technician schedules and ensuring repairs and completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can think on their feet, prioritize competing demands, and communicate effectively with both customers and team members. RV Industry experience is an asset but not required.

Job Description
 

• Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy
• Assign work to the correct technician level based on skill level, experience and workload
• Monitor tech productivity and job progress to ensure work is completed within expected timelines
• Communicate with service advisors, techs, and parts staff to coordinate parts availability and repair requirements
• Maintain dispatch logs, tech schedules, and records of outstanding repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service progress and scheduling as required
• Other duties as required

What We Are Looking For
 

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy shop environment
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ability to coordinate people, schedules, and work flow while adapting to changing priorities
• A problem solver who works well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role within RV, Auto, Marine, or Powersports is an asset
