Description du poste
- Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
- Coordinating and assigning employees as per the qualification matrix, coordinating tasks within the shift
- Coordinating shift changes
- Maintaining shift-related information in the shop floor management
- Recording and working through instances of wastage and potential improvements in production and the organizational structures
- Ensuring compliance with workplace instructions (e.g. break times, smoking ban, alcohol, reporting in sick, dealing with accidents in the workplace)
- Responsible for the instruction and training of employees (incl. initial instruction in occupational safety)
- Ensuring and complying with work-related regulations
