Marketing Associate

What You Get To Do: 

 

• Assist with designing and implementing all internal & external campaigns and promotional materials,producing content for projects and initiative to enhance lead generation successfully.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) and apply findings to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events & social channels.
• Assist with creating reports on critical metrics for lead generation, content creation and other KPI's.
• Assist Marketing team with coordination of all company meetings & events (trade shows, job fairs, conferences, internal events.)
• Assist with identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements for meetings and events
• All other duties as may be assigned/required

What We Are Looking For:

 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a business related field.
• Ability to think critically and innovatively
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and time management skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is an asset
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
