Supply Coordinator - Campaign

Responsible for coordinating daily supply chain activities and supporting project execution across supply and logistics functions. The role ensures timely material flow, accurate data management, and effective cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Coordinate daily supply chain activities including planning, inventory monitoring, and order fulfilment monitoring.
• Support special parts projects related to supply planning, logistics, and operational improvements.
• Lead supply related conversation and provide data backed insights to customers.
• Track and manage supply timelines to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external vendors to ensure seamless supply flow.
• Analyze supply data to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supply metrics.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management on supply status and project progress.

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree from Canadian university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and supply chain functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
