D11B Slide Out & Exterior Finishing

Join a production team focused on enhancing and finishing key components of the RV. This role involves installing and completing the interior of the slide-out room, installing bath and shower doors, waterproofing the bathroom area, and installing bathroom fixtures. Additional responsibilities include installing the entrance door, completing final trims and covers, and cleaning and inspecting the exterior in preparation for painting.

Skills Required:

 

• Experience using tools such as a drill/driver, mitre saw, adhesive gun, nailers, grinders, and band saws
• Comfortable working with chemicals, cleaning various surfaces, and following safety protocols
• Ability to work safely at heights and use ladders as required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, installation guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Strong precision in trimming and fitting finish materials (e.g., moldings, seals, covers)
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality workmanship
• Experience in surface sanding and preparation using manual and power tools
• Ability to identify and correct surface defects (e.g., scratches, dents, smears)
