Evening/Weekend Detail Supervisor - Macleod Trail Toyota
Are you a detailing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results? Do you take pride in developing high-performing teams while ensuring every vehicle leaves looking its absolute best? If so, we want you to join our team as an Evening/Weekend Detail Supervisor.
In this leadership role, you'll oversee the evening and weekend detailing operations, ensuring vehicles meet our high standards of quality while leading, coaching, and motivating a team of detailers. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage people will help create an exceptional experience for both our customers and our team.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and supervise the evening/weekend detailing team to achieve daily production and quality goals.
- Schedule, assign, and prioritize work to ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members on detailing techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure every vehicle meets dealership presentation standards.
- Assist with detailing duties, including vehicle washing, interior cleaning, polishing, paint protection, and final delivery preparation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Monitor productivity, address performance concerns, and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
What It Takes
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Previous automotive detailing experience required.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle detailing processes, including polishing, paint protection, shampooing, and interior/exterior reconditioning.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
