Administrative Assistant-Merlin Ford Lincoln - Body Shop

What You'll Do
- Schedule and manage appointments, estimates, and follow-ups
- Create and maintain repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain detailed customer records
- Organize and manage customer files and required documentation
- Coordinate vehicle check-in and check-out before and after repairs
- Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Direct inquiries and feedback to the appropriate team members
- Support general administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a service-based environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Sound judgment, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record
