You'll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships by ensuring smooth delivery of vehicles to clients, completing walkthrough of the vehicle with the customer, and being a main point of contact after delivery.

Primary Responsibilities: 

 

  • Greet customers and offering assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.


 

  • Generate positive impressions by serving customers in a friendly, professional, and prompt manner.
  • Check vehicles that will be delivered and make sure they are ready, ensuring service and detail has been completed, as well as the necessary paperwork.


 

  • Provide customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.


 

  • Deliver vehicle to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.


 

  • Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.


Required Skills and Experience: 

 

  • Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred


 

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role preferred.


 

  • Valid OMVIC licensed


 

  • Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract


 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.


 

  • Exceptional sales skills and a commitment to sales objectives.

Pay: Starting from $45,000-$60,000 based on qualifications and experience
