Whether your background is in customer service, hospitality, retail, technology, banking, telecommunications, or another people-focused profession, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Earn

Base Salary: $55,000 per year

Plus, monthly performance bonuses:
 

• Customer Satisfaction Bonus - Up to $500/month
• Team Sales Volume Bonus - Up to $500/month

With all bonus opportunities achieved, you could earn over $70,000 annually while building a rewarding long-term career.

What You'll Do

As a Vehicle Experience Specialist, you'll become the product expert and customer advocate throughout the vehicle-buying journey.

You'll:
 

• Welcome and assist guests visiting our dealership
• Learn the Kia lineup inside and out
• Demonstrate vehicle technology, safety features, and innovations
• Lead engaging vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Help customers compare options and find the perfect fit
• Answer questions with confidence and expertise
• Create a relaxed, enjoyable, and informative experience
• Support customers throughout their purchasing journey
• Work alongside a supportive team focused on customer satisfaction
