Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This position will be a full time role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships insuring timely customer contact, service prospecting an d assisting incoming service customers.
- Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care.
- This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software applications.
- 70+ Service calls are required per day.
ABOUT YOU
- Excel at customer service and enjoy contacting and assisting customers on the telephone.
- C lear and pleasant voice quality is required for telephone communication.
- Attention to detail to ensure all customer requests and information is correctly entered.
- Ability to learn multiple software applications.
- Focus on exceptional customer service
