This is a hands on, in the field marketing role where digital strategy meets real world execution. You will be actively supporting dedicated dealerships, building local presence, and ensuring the Steele Auto standard is reflected in every campaign, every asset, and every customer touchpoint. Location: Hybrid within Halifax and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Wage: Commensurate with experience, skills, and competencies

What You Will Do:

As our Marketing Specialist, you will support dealership level marketing activity while helping drive consistent brand execution across Steele Auto Group. Your work will include:

 

• Developing and executing marketing strategies across campaigns, websites, and social media
• Managing dealership social media channels, including messaging, lead engagement, reviews, and community interaction
• Running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including SEM, display, and paid social
• Monitoring performance and providing clear reporting and insights across digital platforms
• Ensuring all creative and content aligns with the Steele Auto Standard and brand direction
• Partnering with General Managers on coordinated campaigns across radio, print, social, email, and text platforms using PBS and Dealboxx
• Supporting dealership level marketing activity through on site visits and active collaboration with teams
• Supporting community partnerships, sponsorships, and local events that build brand presence
• Managing third party vendor relationships, including platforms such as Kijiji, CarGurus, Autotrader, and Rapid Response
• Coordinating marketing materials such as flyers, print ads, business cards, and dealership assets
• Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager with additional projects as require

What You Bring:

 

• 2 plus years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
• Post secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content creation, and digital advertising
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational ability
• Comfortable using design and marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Automotive experience is an asset, but not required
• French and English bilingualism is an asset
