Shipper Receiver
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipper Receiver to support our parts operations. This role focuses on receiving, organizing, and shipping parts efficiently and accurately while ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly, is clean and orderly. The Shipper Receiver plays a key role behind the scenes, helping ensure our customers get the right parts on time, every time.

What You'll Do
- Receive incoming shipments and verify against packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect parts and equipment for damage or discrepancies
- Accurately enter received inventory into dealership systems
- Organize and store parts in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for internal departments and customers
- Coordinate outgoing shipments, including documentation and labeling
- Work closely with the parts and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (as required)
- Keep shipping/receiving and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate discrepancies or delays promptly to the appropriate team members
- Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred (truck or automotive industry is an asset)
- Basic knowledge of truck or automotive parts is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (clean abstract preferred)
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and professional conduct
