Dunlop Collision currently requires the services of a full time Auto Body Refinisher. The Auto Body Refinisher is responsible for the refinishing of all vehicles as assigned on a daily basis. The job encompasses the proper satisfaction of customers by delivering professionally repaired vehicles, on time, to all customers.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting all vehicles as they enter the paint shop from body repairs to ensure all repair standards have been completed before refinishing
- Be certain that every job is checked for color match prior to the vehicle entering the spray booth. Each mixing and matching process should include spraying out a test panel
- Using proper respirator equipment
- Conducting any buffing necessary to ensure a quality finish
- Ensure that all spray operations are complete, all masking is removed, and all prior paint related disassembly has been reassembled prior to returning the vehicle to the body or detail shop for final assembly
- Perform any other duties as required
- Working in a fast paced environment to ensure high quality repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Extreme detail to customer satisfaction
- Punctual and very reliable
- Very positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Motivation to continue any and all training as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Technical knowledge of all phases of auto body refinishing
- 4 - 5 years technical training and/or in-house apprenticeship leading to Auto Body Refinisher licence
- 3 - 4 years experience on the bench
- WHMIS 2015 certification
