Body Shop Manager.

Location: Serpa Certified Collision Repair Centre - Toronto, ON.

The Serpa Certified Collision Repair Centre (CCRC) is growing - and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Body Shop Manager to join our award-winning team.

If you have 3+ years of collision centre management experience, strong insurance relationships, and a commitment to quality and efficiency, we want to hear from you.

The Serpa Collision Centre is proud to be a Certified Collision Repair Centre for Stellantis, Hyundai, Genesis, Acura, Honda, Subaru, Nissan, and Kia - with more certifications underway.

As part of the Serpa Automotive Group, and alongside our sister dealership Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT, we handle a high volume of both retail and internal service work. We are fully accredited with all major insurance companies, including Aviva, Travelers, TD, RSA, Wawanesa, Armada, and more.

Our state-of-the-art facility features cutting-edge technology, advanced diagnostic tools, and modern equipment, giving you everything you need to lead a high-performing, quality-focused operation.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee and manage daily operations and production within the body shop.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with insurance partners to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer CCRC standards and warranty repair protocols (e.g., rust warranty).
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve top-level quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and profitability across all repair processes.
