Compensation

This is a commission-based role; high-performing Sales Representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.

Up to your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $682.69 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

What You Will Do

 

  • Help Customers Find Their Perfect Vehicle: Guide customers through Chevrolet's innovative lineup and help them choose the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and needs.
  • Deliveran ExceptionalCustomer Experience: Build trust, answer questions, educate customers on features and financing options, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying process from start to finish.
  • AchieveSales Goals: Stay motivated, manage your pipeline, follow up with customers, and drive strong sales results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work With an Amazing Team: Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Enjoy building relationships and helping people
  • Havestrong communicationand customer service skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Are self-motivated, energetic, and goal-driven
  • Haveprevioussales or customer-facing experience (an asset, but notrequired)
  • Have a valid driver's license


No automotive experience? No problem. We welcome transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, telecommunications, banking, and other sales-focused industries.
