Receptionist/Detailer/Janitorial - Rimbey, AB - 2026 (Rimbey, AB)

Legacy FORD in Rimbey is looking for a multi-tasking applicant for Receptionist/Detailer/Janitorial experience to join our team! This is an excellent chance to launch or advance your career in the automotive industry in a friendly, family-owned environment. 

We are happy to train the right candidate if you've got a great attitude, take pride in your work, have a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract, and are available to work weekends as needed.

**Work is on-site and relocation to Rimbey area will be necessary!** 

Detailing Requirements - but not limited to.
-Detailing interior and exterior of vehicles.
-Inspect finished work to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
-Communicate effectively with the service team and customers regarding work progress and expectations.
-Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
-Troubleshoot and address any application issues to maintain quality standards. 

Reception Requirements - but not limited to.
-answering all calls
-routing calls
-effective message taking and communication
-assorted admin tasks
-scheduling and booking confirmations
-social media liaison

Building Maintenance Requirements - but not limited to.
Performing basic Janitorial duties as required at the Dealership.
-Garbage removal from dealership
-Checking for any maintenance repairs required and report to management
-Maintaining and clean coffee counters and coffee rooms
-Supporting the service and sales departments as needed 
Work Requirements:

• Work in various weather conditions
• Operate manual and automatic vehicles
