Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: 

 

• Respond to and address customer queries in a timely, accurate and professional way, via phone, email or any channel our customer chooses to interact with the Client Care Center
• Coordinate with our service team to ensure efficient scheduling, feedback and future needs
• Ensure that Customer Satisfaction Index targets are exceeded by collaborating with our dealerships
• Accurately document customer details in all appropriate systems and tools so that customers are supported seamlessly throughout their Steele Auto Group Service Experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

• Previous customer service experience, or administrative experience (automotive industry experience is a plus)
• Strong and efficient communication skills, along with problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask while managing your time effectively
• Handle our customer information with discretion
• Detail-oriented and bring a positive attitude to our team
