If you're driven by customer trust, clear communication, and a fast paced environment, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for a high energy Service Advisor to act as the vital "go-between" for our service team and our valued clients.
As an integral part of our service department, you're not just writing orders, you're a problem solver. You'll work closely with customers, service technicians and the dispatcher to sell, schedule and coordinate service work, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do (The Mission)
Your goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds long term loyalty.
- Be the Face of the Shop: Welcome customers, record vehicle details (including mileage) and set the tone for a positive experience
- The Diagnostic Duo: Partner with technicians to identify vehicle concerns, including test driving when required and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Consultative Selling: Recommend maintenance and repairs based on inspections, service history and manufacturer guidelines
- Command Center: Prepare accurate and detailed repair orders, including cost and time estimates and obtain customer authorization
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule service appointments, coordinate with the dispatcher to determine promised completion times, and ensure workflow efficiency
- Parts & Progress Oversight: Work with the parts department and monitor repair progress, updating customers and obtaining approval for any additional work
- Follow Through: Maintain regular communication with customers through their preferred channels and ensure satisfaction upon completion
- Final Delivery: Review completed work and associated charges with customers to ensure full understanding and confidence
- Operational Excellence: Ensure repair orders are accurate, updated and properly closed; maintain current pricing and documentation
- Vehicle Care: Ensure customer vehicles are properly handled, secured and parked, with keys managed safely
- Quality Focus: Maintain high standards to minimize repeat visits and maximize customer satisfaction

- Requirements: Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
