At our Orillia Volkswagen location, we are seeking a motivated Lot Porter to be part of our dynamic team.

Compensation & Benefits:
 

• Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Lot Porter Responsibilities:
 

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with directing them to the appropriate department
• Cleaning customer vehicles before pickup.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds, including taking photos and documenting vehicle condition
• Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot and in service areas
• Assist with valet and shuttle duties as needed
• Keep the lot, showroom, and service drive clean, organized, and presentable
• Support technicians and service advisors by transporting vehicles as required
• Assist with basic vehicle checks (fuel levels, cleanliness, etc.)
• Provide general support to the sales and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:
 

• Previous automotive or dealership experience is an asset, but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles is an asset
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Physically capable of being on your feet for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
