RV Delivery Coordinator (Seasonal - Full-Time)

Pay & Schedule

 

• $20-$23/hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, seasonal role
• Weekend availability required
• Overtime available during peak season

What You'll Do

 

• Prepare RVs for customer delivery (confirm unit is ready with Service, Parts, and Detail teams)
• Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments
• Walk customers through their RV and explain how everything works
• Review safety, maintenance, and key features in a clear, simple way
• Ensure customers feel confident before they leave
• Follow up with customers after delivery
• Support the lot, unit movement, and general dealership setup as needed

What You Bring

 

• 1+ year experience in customer service, RV, automotive, or similar industry (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable learning basic RV systems (training provided)
• Forklift experience (asset, not required)
• Comfortable using basic technology (phone, tablet, CRM)

Working Conditions

 

• Mix of indoor and outdoor work
• Active role (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Flexible schedule including weekends
