  • Reconcile payroll registers and investigate discrepancies with a solutions-focused approach
  • Process complex transactions (retro pay, bonuses, garnishments, benefit adjustments)
  • Lead year-end activities including T4s, Relevé 1s, and W-2s
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness
  • Support system enhancements, integrations, and payroll process improvements
  • Provide timely, professional support to employees and leaders on payroll inquiries

What you bring

  • Proven experience with Dayforce and SAP payroll systems (strongly preferred)
  • 4+ years of progressive payroll experience, ideally across Canada and the U.S.
  • Solid understanding of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of discretion with confidential information
