Fly-In / Fly-Out Option Available:
 

  • Structured rotations of 6-8+ weeks on-site
  • Employer-paid flights (employee only)
  • On-site housing provided (single occupancy, shared accommodations)

This setup is ideal for individuals comfortable with extended rotations and independent living arrangements.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize fleet uptime
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment and specialized vehicles
  • Manage and complete both scheduled and reactive work orders
  • Support parts sourcing and inventory for critical repairs
  • Maintain accurate service records using CMMS systems
  • Perform minor body repairs and refinishing work
  • Contribute to safety programs and operational readiness
  • Support leadership with shop and operational priorities

What We're Looking For 

  • Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification (Red Seal required)
  • 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance
  • Valid Class 3 driver's license with air brake (Q endorsement)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capability
  • Experience with CMMS systems is an asset
  • Comfortable working extended hours and in extreme conditions
  • Independent, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation & Work Model 

  • Competitive base compensation (experience-dependent)
  • Northern Living Allowance (~$7.21/hour / ~$15,000 annually)
