Automotive Warranty/ Dispatch Associate - Mainway Mazda

RM AUTO GROUP is looking for an Automotive Warranty/ Dispatch clerk, preferably with some experience in handling all details of warranty repairs in the automotive industry, for our Mainway Mazda location. Duties include working closely with the manufacturer to get approvals through processing the claims once the work is completed. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

Specific Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
 

• warranty administration
• liaison to obtain warranty authorizations from factory
• resolving issues with warranty submissions
• processing warranty invoices and payments
• dispatching service work orders to technicians
• closing service work orders when work is completed
• filing

Qualifications:
 

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High customer service satisfaction expectations.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and with a team, will have a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
