Are you ready to be the trusted link between our customers and our technicians?
If you're driven by customer trust, clear communication, and a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. We are looking for a high-energy Service Advisor to act as the vital "go-between" for our service team and our valued clients.
As an integral part of our service department, you aren't just writing orders, you're a problem solver. You'll collaborate with technicians to diagnose issues, translate complex mechanical solutions into clear options for customers, and help them choose the best path forward for their vehicle.
What You'll Do (The Mission)
Your goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience that drives lifelong loyalty.
- Be the Face of the Shop: Greet every customer with a friendly smile and set the stage for a great experience.
- The Diagnostic Duo: Partner with technicians to ascertain vehicle issues and communicate those findings transparently.
- Consultative Selling: Use your product knowledge to help customers plan for ongoing maintenance and repair needs.
- Command Center: Produce detailed repair orders (including cost/time estimates) and coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely completion.
- Follow-Through: Maintain frequent communication with customers via their preferred channels and follow up to ensure total satisfaction.
- Goal Crusher: Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a results-driven professional who thrives on interpersonal connection.
- Personality: You maintain an energetic, professional, and positive vibe all day long.
- Communication: You possess effective listening skills and the ability to explain technical "car talk" in a way anyone can understand.
- Diversity & Inclusion: You are confident working with customers and staff from all walks of life.
- Technical Edge: Experience with Reynolds Ignite or previous Advisor experience is a major asset!
- The Basics: You have a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record and a desire to provide world-class service.
- Sales Savvy: Prior sales experience is preferred, but your drive to achieve goals is what matters most.
Why You'll Love It Here
You won't just be an employee; you'll be the bridge that keeps our community on the road. From performing vehicle walk-arounds and test drives to mastering superior product knowledge, no two days are the same.
