What You'll Own

As the Body Shop Manager, you will take full ownership of the operation, leading both the business and the people behind it:
 

• Drive financial performance by developing budgets, analyzing results, and implementing profit-focused strategies
• Lead daily operations including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource planning
• Build and develop a high-performing team by hiring, mentoring, and supporting staff
• Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and quality to ensure top-tier workmanship
• Oversee estimates, invoicing, and insurance claims with accuracy and accountability
• Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and insurance partners
• Identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and increase overall shop performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Provide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership

What You Bring
 

• Red Seal Certification as a Body Shop Technician
• 7+ years of experience in the heavy-duty truck body shop industry
• Proven success leading teams in a body shop or service environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and efficiency
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of estimating, repair processes, and insurance workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
