Your area of focus.

As an Express Lane Service Advisor, you'll be the trusted guide for customers seeking quick, efficient, and reliable service. You'll manage appointments, provide repair estimates, and ensure each customer receives an exceptional experience. This role combines customer service excellence, automotive knowledge, and career development opportunities.

This position is ideal for candidates who want to start or grow their service advisory career, earn competitive compensation, and advance in a dealership that values training, mentorship, and long-term career growth.

You will receive specialized manufacturer-supported training through the Mopar Express program, giving you hands-on experience and tools to accelerate your service career.

What drives your day-to-day?
 

  • Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service needs
  • Estimate costs and time for repairs, including materials, supplies, and labor
  • Prepare clear, accurate repair orders detailing vehicle problems or symptoms
  • Connect customers with the right technicians and follow through on service requests
  • Test-drive vehicles to confirm work is completed to standard
  • Maintain automotive records for accurate documentation and customer communication
  • Respond to inquiries in person, online, or by phone
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume Express Lane environment while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction
  • Participate in manufacturer-backed training programs, including Mopar Express, to grow your skills and career

  • Automotive knowledge and passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience
  • CDK experience is an asset, but not required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
  • Calm, professional demeanor when handling challenging customer situations
  • Comfort with technology and automotive service software
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a dealership setting
