RV Service Technician - Full-Time (Kelowna, BC)

We are seeking motivated and skilled technicians to join our Service team in Kelowna, BC. This is a full-time, regular position with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the organization.

About the Role

As an RV Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of recreational vehicles. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure repairs are approved and completed efficiently, while maintaining clear and accurate documentation in work orders. You may also interact with customers to explain diagnoses and completed repairs.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Diagnose and repair RV systems and components
• Perform maintenance and general repairs
• Complete clear and detailed work orders
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Manager on repair approvals
• Communicate with customers when needed regarding repairs
• Support shop operations and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

• Red Seal certification is an asset
• Experience in RV, automotive, or related mechanical work
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general repair
• Experience with vehicle hitching and wiring is an asset
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work Saturdays during peak season

Compensation

 

• $18 to $38 per hour, depending on RV experience
