Finance Assistant

Traveland RV is excited to offer an opportunity for an F&I Coordinator to join our growing team at out Grande Prairie location. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance, sales, or the RV industry. Working closely with our experienced Finance and Sales team, you will play a key role in supporting deal flow, coodinating documentation, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role offers hands-on training, career growth, and exposure to both the sales and finance sides of the business

Job Responsibilities
 

• Provide admininstrative and coordination support to the Finance and Sales Teams
• Assist with processing sales and finance documentation accurately and efficiently
• Support deal flow from sale to delivery, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant
• Liase with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to support customer transactions
• Maintain organized records abd ensure timely completion of required documents
• Build strong relationships with internal and external teams
• Promote additional products and services to existing customer when appropriate
• Other duties as required

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work weekends
• Interest in Sales, Finance, or RV Industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
