Position Summary

The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for coordinating and selling finance and insurance products to customers. This role involves working closely with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Sell financing and insurance products to customers.
• Meet or exceed financial services production goals.
• Review credit applications and assess financing profitability.
• Offer extended service contracts and protection programs.
• Utilize the menu selling process and complete all deal documentation accurately.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company finance and insurance requirements.
• Support dealership Safeguard and transaction compliance programs.
• Oversee completion and submission of all financing documents.
• Serve as liaison between customers and lending institutions.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and promote positive employee relations.

Additional Information

This position requires adherence to company policies and ongoing compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations. Duties may be adjusted to meet evolving business needs.

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum three years of automotive dealership Finance & Insurance (F&I) producer experience.
• Preferred training in Finance and Insurance Management.
• Proven record of successful financial services sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve strong customer satisfaction results.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), background check, and pre-employment drug screening.
