Key Responsibilities:

 

• Monthly forecasting and profitability reviews.
• Support annual budgeting and refine standard costing practices.
• Analyze variances in inventory, COGS, PPV, and overhead.
• Conduct inventory analysis and execute cost rolls.
• Prepare capital expenditure assessments.
• Lead reporting initiatives and support audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation or in-progress.
• 5+ years' experience in financial/cost analysis within manufacturing.
• Excellent proficiency in ERP systems, Strong command of MS Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
• Clear, effective communicator.
• Strong analytical abilities and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
