Our Receptionists are the driving force behind our front-line operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they are welcomed, assisted, and directed in a professional and courteous manner. Alongside creating a positive first impression, your strong clerical and data entry skills will support the daily administrative functions of the dealership, providing a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Wage range: $17.20/hr- $18.90/hr

How You Make Every Visit Better:

 

• Welcome and assist clients with a positive, professional approach
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Support daily financial tasks, including posting cash and preparing bank deposits
• Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and preparing documents
• Assist with other administrative support tasks as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit:

 

• Strong communication skills, in person, over the phone, and in writing
• Professional, friendly phone etiquette
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration is an asset (not required)
