Trans Tank Systems is an assembly and service facility specializing in tanker trucks for the petroleum, water and aviation markets. We are currently seeking a Service Writer for 310T trucks.
Qualities:
- Self-motivated and confident in their abilities.
- Experience and Knowledge of heavy truck service and parts.
Job Details:
- Non stop, fast paced environment.
- Trans Tank offers competitive wages RRSP Group plan and a benefits package after a 3-month probation period.
- Regular weekday hours are 7:30-4:30 Monday to Thursday and 7:30-4:00 on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Writing work orders, scheduling work and conversing with customers about their repair requirements
- Distributing work load among shop floor technicians.
- Supervising shop floor technicians.
- Finalizing work orders and ensuring all proper work description & parts are accounted for before invoicing.
- Ordering of some parts.
- Handing out parts to the mechanics and service technicians.
- Answering phones and helping customers.
- Other duties as required.
