The Fleet Intern role is based in Markham/Thornhill, ON, reporting directly to the Director of Fleet.
As a member of our Corporate Fleet team, you will support the team in the management of over 2,000 vehicles and 2,000 drivers across the company.
Fleet Intern - Key Responsibilities:
• Support analytical projects focused on Fleet Costing, including data collection, cost analysis, and identifying trends or cost optimization opportunities.
• Assist with special automation projects, including developing or testing workflow automations and improving existing digital processes.
• Update and maintain fleet related documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and clear version control.
• Contribute to process mapping activities to document current workflows, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform day to day administrative tasks within the Fleet department (data entry, report preparation, file management, and system updates).
• Help coordinate fleet programs and services supporting the national fleet of vehicles and drivers.
• Collaborate with Fleet team members to support ongoing projects and departmental priorities.
• Participate in meetings, provide progress updates, and assist with problem-solving and research as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel

• Ability to work on multiple projects

Expected compensation for this role is a starting pay range between $21-24/hour dependent on education level, skills and experience
