Jim Pattison Subaru Victoria is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to get into Service Advising.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19-$20 per hour

A day in the life...
 

  • Greeting all service customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering and managing the service phone line.
  • Scheduling and coordinating customer appointments and service calls.
  • Contacting customers with vehicle status updates and notifying them when vehicles are ready for pickup.
  • Providing clear communication regarding service timelines and next steps.
  • Filing service documents and maintaining organized records.
  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Demonstrating a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Conducting post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.


What we look for...
 

  • We require a valid provincial driver's license.
  • CDK experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or appointment coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • A positive can-do attitude!
