With RV Sales growing year after year, we need a proven leader with a strong track record in customer satisfaction, team development, and sales performance. Candidates with a background in F&I will be given consideration as this experience brings added value to our sales and leadership team.

Job Responsibilities
 

• Lead, motivate, and support sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Work with sales staff to set clear goals and coach them success
• Create and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee retention
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review training, performance, and build team alignment
• Maintain a balanced inventory in new and used sales.
• Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals in sales.
• Focused on customer retention and CSI in Sales.

Requirements
 

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a dealership setting ( RV Industry experience strongly preferred; automotive considered )
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Punctual, dependable, and results-driven
