Job Opportunity
Village Nissan a proud member of the Drive Autogroup, is currently looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to not only anticipate, but exceed customer expectations, while having in-depth knowledge of the product line-up.

Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on all interactions by exercising excellent communication skills, and understanding customer needs and expectations.
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and online
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain features, specifications, pricing, and financing/leasing options clearly
- Prepare and present sales and lease agreements
- Negotiate terms while ensuring dealership profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth delivery process
- Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and paperwork
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge
- Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised and showroom-ready
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- The ability to operate PC-based software, and experience using Vinsolutions and Next Up would be considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have a valid OMVIC license.
