Job Description
Are you motivated by sales growth and delivering results? Do you have a passion for the automotive industry? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team at UAP.
In this role, you will be integral to the development and execution of programs and promotions designed to drive sales growth and expand market share. Acting as a vital liaison between sales teams, regional management, and corporate headquarters, you will oversee the communication, implementation, analysis, and monitoring of initiatives to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the NAPA, Altrom, and CMAX sales teams, along with regional management, in the execution and performance of programs, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Analyze CRM data to identify growth opportunities and prepare detailed reports for management to focus efforts on the most promising areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Participate in the implementation and ongoing follow-up of key sales initiatives.
- Manage internal communications related to the progress of initiatives, required actions, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
Profile Sought
- College or university diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft D365, Power BI, CRM, and Excel.
- Experience in outside sales is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proven track record as an effective collaborator.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
