Lot Attendant
Serpa Motorsports Powersports & Marine
Aurora, Ontario - Yonge Street Location
Start Date: March 1st 2026
Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-5pm
Position Overview:
Serpa Motorsports Powersports & Marine is seeking a polished, professional, and detail-oriented Full-Time Lot Attendant / Dealership Assistant to join our growing team in Aurora.
This role is responsible for the movement, organization, and presentation of incoming and in-stock vehicles, while supporting Sales and Service Management as needed. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the daily condition and presentation of showroom and lot vehicles
- Organize vehicle displays in coordination with Sales Management
- Follow direction from the Sales Manager and Service Manager
- Ensure lot and showroom areas are clean and properly maintained
- Sweep, wash, remove snow, and apply salt to walkways when required
- Clean vehicles after snowfall and maintain overall lot presentation
- Pick up and drop off vehicles as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure dealership standards are upheld at all times
- Maintaining our fleet vehicles weekly as directed by our Logistics Manager
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario G2 or G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- Ability to operate ATV, Side by Sides
- forklife experience is not mandatory but would be an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
