What You'll Do:

 

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable way.
• Learn customers needs and match them with the right Subaru vehicle or certified pre-owned option.
• Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process, from test drive to delivery.
• Follow up with leads, maintain relationships, and build long-term trust.
• Stay informed about Subaru products, promotions, and financing options.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to a winning team environment.

What We're Looking For

Passion for the Automotive Industry - You love cars and want to share that enthusiasm.Sales & Customer Service Experience - 2 years Automotive sales experience a must.Energetic & Personable - A polished, professional appearance and eager to meet people.Strong Communicator - Whether in-person, over the phone, or through video, you can connect with clients effortlessly.Highly Organized & Self-Motivated - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and never miss a beat.Team Player & Go-Getter - You work well with others but also know how to hustle independently.Valid Driver's License - A must-have for test drives and vehicle deliveries.
