We are currently hiring Part-Time Home Support Workers to support seniors in Richmond so they can live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Safely transport clients to appointments and outings as required
• Document care accurately using the WellSky Care App

Qualifications and Requirements

 

• Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving or home support experience (senior care preferred)
• Comfortable working a flexible, changing schedule based on client needs
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence (mandatory)
• Reliable personal vehicle available for client transportation
• Business-use auto insurance (required)
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and dependability
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Additional Requirements

 

• Must reside in Richmond, BC
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit)
• Availability for a range of shift lengths and times
