Dilawri Group is actively seeking a driven and results-oriented New Car Sales Manager to join the team at Markham Honda. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation 

Total compensation (salary + performance-based bonus): $140,000 - $190,000 

What You'll Do 
 

  • Lead, coach, and oversee all aspects of the Sales Department
  • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure an exceptional buying experience
  • Desk vehicle deals and support the sales team in closing opportunities
  • Partner with Service to ensure timely vehicle preparation and delivery
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, initiatives, and goals
  • Stay current on manufacturer programs, incentives, and finance products - ensuring team alignment
  • Promote continuous training through daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all provincial licensing and regulatory requirements


What You Bring 

• Additional language skills (including Mandarin or Cantonese) are considered an asset to support our diverse customer base 

• Strong leadership and people-management skills 

• Effective negotiation abilities and sound decision-making 

• A genuine passion for customer service 

• Automotive sales experience preferred 

• Minimum two (2) years of management experience 

• Valid Ontario Driver's License 

• OMVIC License preferred
